At the rally rider, every bike, scooter and ride-on is checked and tested before it leaves us. If something doesn’t go to plan, we want to handle it in a way that feels fair and clear.
This page explains how our 15-day warranty, returns and cancellations/refunds work.

All products are checked and tested before dispatch and come with a 15-day warranty from delivery for genuine manufacturing defects.

You can request a return within 15 days on bikes, scooters and ride-ons if they are in the same condition as delivered.
Accessories & shipping costs
Accessories are non-returnable. For change-of-mind returns and most warranty work, the customer covers shipping, unless the product is brought to us in person.

Every product from the rally rider is checked and tested before we hand it to the courier. We also record its condition before dispatch.
Your purchase is covered by a 15-day warranty from the date of delivery for genuine manufacturing defects. If you notice an issue, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within the first 3 days, with your order number and clear photos or a short video.
Depending on the situation, we may offer advice, repair, replacement or a suitable refund. If we arrange courier collection and re-delivery, the customer covers the shipping costs. If you bring the product to our store in person, there is no shipping charge for warranty work.

15-day returns on eligible items
You can request a return within 15 days of purchase for bikes, scooters and ride-ons, as long as they are in the same condition as when delivered – clean, undamaged and matching our pre-dispatch records.
We can also accept returns of assembled products, as long as they were delivered assembled by us and still meet the same condition checks. Accessories are non-returnable.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost. If you prefer, you can return the product to our store in person to avoid courier fees.

Cancellations & refund timing
You can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t already been prepared for dispatch. After this period, cancellations are treated as a standard return.
Once a refund is approved and processed on our side, it usually takes 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Delivery fees and any service charges are generally non-refundable, unless there was an error on our side.

Our 15-day warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects, like faulty parts or issues that stop the product from being used as intended.
It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, damage from accidents or misuse, incorrect storage, or issues caused by modifications and DIY repairs.

To approve a return, the product needs to be in the same condition as when delivered – clean, undamaged and free from heavy signs of use.
Light test use is expected, but if the item is scratched, dirty or clearly worn, we may have to refuse the return or offer only a partial solution.

Where possible, we recommend keeping the original packaging until you’re sure you’ll keep the product – it makes returns safer and easier.
If you no longer have the box, we may still be able to accept a return, but you’ll need to pack the item securely so it’s well protected during transit.
