15-Day Warranty On All Products

Every product is checked and tested before we hand it to the courier. Your purchase is covered by a 15-day warranty from the date of delivery for genuine manufacturing defects. If you notice an issue, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 3 days — with your order number and clear photos or a short video. Depending on the situation, we may offer advice, repair, replacement or a refund.

15-Day Returns On Eligible Items

You can request a return within 15 days of purchase for bikes, scooters and ride-ons, as long as they are in the same condition as when delivered — clean, undamaged and matching our pre-dispatch records. We can also accept returns of assembled products delivered by us. Accessories are non-returnable.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations & Refund Timing

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t already been prepared for dispatch. After this window, cancellations are treated as a standard return. Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
