UAE delivery – all Emirates
We deliver across all Emirates, including many remote locations.
Most metro areas receive delivery in 2–3 working days once your order is confirmed. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer and may include extra courier fees, depending on the location.

GCC delivery – cargo courier
We deliver to all GCC countries using trusted cargo couriers.
Typical delivery time is 10–14 working days, depending on the destination and courier. Shipping costs are based on the size and volume of your order, and you’ll always see a clear quotation before you confirm payment.

Store pick-up – Dubai showroom
Prefer to collect in person? You can pick up your fully assembled order from our showroom once it’s built and checked.
We’ll contact you when your order is ready and confirm the best time to visit Rally Star General Trading LLC (Shop 50–51, Souq Al Wasl, 20B St, Naif, Deira, Dubai).

Warehouse pick-up – by arrangement
For some orders, you can choose to collect directly from our warehouse in Dubai.
Once your order is ready, we’ll share the warehouse pick-up location and a time slot, so you can collect your fully assembled bike or ride-on with no delivery fees.

We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE and to all GCC countries.
- UAE: most orders arrive in 2–3 working days once your order is confirmed
- GCC: most orders arrive in 10–14 working days, depending on the country and courier
Very large or bulky orders may take a little longer – if that’s the case, we’ll let you know.

Yes, we offer free delivery within UAE metropolitan areas on orders of AED 150 or more.
Orders under AED 150, or deliveries to remote UAE areas*, may have an additional delivery fee. Any charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
*In some remote locations, our courier partners are unable to deliver at all. If this happens, we’ll contact you and you may need to update your delivery address to a more accessible location (for example, a nearby town or main road) so we can complete the delivery. If you’re unsure whether your area is covered, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll check the options for you.

Yes. All products from the rally rider are delivered fully assembled, unless you ask us to send them in the box.
At home, you may only need to make small adjustments like saddle height or handlebar position. We also provide simple setup guidance if you ever want to double-check anything.

We deliver to many remote UAE locations, but some areas are classed as remote by our courier partners.
In these cases:
- Delivery may take a little longer
- An extra courier fee may apply
- In very remote spots, delivery to your exact address may not be possible
If our courier can’t reach your address, we’ll contact you and may ask for a more accessible location (for example, a nearby town or main road). If you’re unsure, please get in touch before you order and we’ll check the options.

We can’t promise an exact delivery time, as this depends on the courier’s route in your area.
However, you can add delivery notes at checkout or contact us if you have a preferred day, and we’ll pass this to the courier where possible. For store and warehouse pick-up, we’ll confirm a time slot with you once your order is ready.

If something doesn’t look right when your order arrives, please contact us as soon as possible.
Take clear photos or a short video of the packaging and the product, and share them with your order number. Our team will compare this with our pre-dispatch checks and help you with the next step – whether that’s advice, repair, replacement or a suitable solution.
