- Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain
GCC countries:
- Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman — via cargo courier
Outside the UAE or GCC? Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm options and costs.

- Timeframes start from when your order is confirmed, not when it's placed
- Very large or bulky orders may take slightly longer — we'll tell you before dispatch if that's the case

- AED 25 flat fee on orders under AED 150
- Remote areas may carry an additional courier fee regardless of order value

- You'll always receive a clear quote before confirming payment — no surprises

Yes. Every product leaves us:

At home, you may only need to adjust:

If you'd like your order sent unassembled in the box, just let us know in the order notes at checkout or contact us before we dispatch. We'll send it flat-pack on request.

We deliver to many remote UAE locations, but some are classed as remote by our courier partners. Here's what that means:
- ⏱️ Delivery may take longer than standard timeframes
- 💰 An extra courier fee may apply
- 📍 In very remote spots, delivery to your exact address may not be possible
If your address can't be reached:
We'll contact you and suggest the nearest accessible location.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know it's on its way.

We can't guarantee a specific time as this depends on the courier's route — but here's what you can do:
- Add delivery notes at checkout — preferred day, safe place to leave the order, gate codes, etc.
- We'll pass your notes to the courier where possible
For store or warehouse pick-up:
- We'll confirm a time slot with you once your order is ready so you can plan your visit
