- Items must be undamaged, clean and in original condition
- Accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- 15-day warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults
- Bring it in person to avoid return shipping costs
- For damaged or defective items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos
