- Our team will help with sizing based on age, height and use

Here's the short version:
- 15-day return period from date of delivery
- Items must be undamaged, clean and in original condition with original packaging
- Warranty: 12 months on bicycle and kids' scooter frames · 6 months on motor and battery for electric rides
- Accessories and spare parts are non-returnable once opened or fitted, unless defective on arrival
- For damaged or defective items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos
