The Rally Rider is the online brand of Rally Star General Trading L.L.C. (Branch), operating as Rally Rider Station, registered and located in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

• Network International (N-Genius): Our card payment gateway, which processes your card payment securely. They are PCI-DSS compliant.
• Tabby: Where you choose to pay in instalments, Tabby receives the information required to assess and manage your instalment plan, under their own privacy policy.
• Delivery and courier partners: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared to fulfil delivery — nothing else. For Cash on Delivery orders, the driver is also given the amount to collect.
• Google: For website analytics (Google Analytics) and product advertising (Google Ads, Google Shopping) — data is anonymised or pseudonymised where possible.
• Consent management provider: Our cookie consent tool records and stores your cookie preferences.
• UAE government authorities: When required by law, regulation, or court order.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Order and transaction records: 5 years (as required by UAE commercial and tax law).
• Customer account information: While your account is active, plus 2 years after last activity.
