Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Rally Rider delivers across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates, and offers free in-store pickup from our Business Bay location. The Rally Rider is the online store of Rally Star General Trading L.L.C. (Branch), operating as Rally Rider Station.

Delivery Options & Rates

Free Store Pickup

Collect your order for free from our store — no shipping charges and no waiting for a courier.

We’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Dubai

  • Standard Delivery: AED 50 — free on orders of AED 150 and above — 3 to 5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: AED 75 — next business day.
  • Same Day Delivery: AED 120 — order before 12:00 PM (Dubai only).

Rest of the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah)

  • Standard Delivery: AED 75 — free on orders of AED 150 and above — 3 to 5 business days.
  • Express Delivery: AED 100 — 1 to 2 business days.

Free Assembly on Bikes & Ride-Ons

Bicycles, e-bikes, and kids’ ride-ons purchased online are delivered fully assembled at no extra charge. Our service team assembles and safety-checks your product before delivery, so it arrives ready to use.

Please note: this free assembly applies to items bought online and covers basic assembly only. It is separate from our in-store service department, which offers paid servicing — basic tune-ups, full service rebuilds, and bicycle washing — for any bike, including those not purchased from us.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
  • Standard orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same business day; orders after 4:00 PM are processed the next business day.
  • Same Day Delivery is a faster option for Dubai and requires your order to be placed before 12:00 PM, as the courier needs lead time to deliver the same day.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, and a shipping notification with tracking details (where available) once your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking details by email or WhatsApp. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please get in touch.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery can’t be completed because no one is available at the address, the courier will try again the next business day. After 2 failed attempts, the order returns to our warehouse and we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery or store pickup.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives with visible damage, please note it with the courier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Rentals

This policy covers product purchases only. Our scooter, e-bike, and bicycle rentals are handled separately under our in-store rental terms — please contact us for details.
