5. Pricing and VAT

All prices on the Website are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are inclusive of 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order. If you have already been charged, a full refund will be issued promptly.

6. Orders and Payment

Your order is confirmed only after we have received successful payment authorisation and sent you an order confirmation email. An order confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

• Fraud or unauthorised payment activity is suspected.
• The product is out of stock after your order was placed.
• A pricing or product listing error is identified.

By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including product price, applicable shipping fees, and VAT.

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across all emirates in the UAE. Delivery times, shipping fees, and processing details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier capacity, weather, or public holidays.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Key provisions include:

• 15-day return window for eligible items in original, unused condition.
• Accessories and spare parts are non-returnable unless defective.
• For change-of-mind returns, we arrange collection and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund; alternatively, you may drop the item at our store at no charge.
• Defective products: full refund, replacement, or repair at our cost.

Manufacturer warranties are honoured in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection). Warranty periods vary by product and are stated on each product page and in the documentation supplied with your order.

9. Services

Rally Rider Station offers bicycle and e-bike repair, servicing, and maintenance at our Business Bay location. Service pricing is provided upon assessment. Walk-in customers are welcome during operating hours.

We also offer electric scooter and bicycle rentals with doorstep delivery across Dubai. Rental terms and conditions are provided at the time of booking.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, product photographs, logos, graphics, and website design — is the property of Rally Star General Trading L.L.C. and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this Website without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Website.

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law, including your right to receive products that are free from defects and conform to their description.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Rally Star General Trading L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Delivery delays or courier-related issues.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
